I was so bummed when South Street Art Festival was postponed. I had finally been accepted into my first show, bought all the things (seriously, ALL the things) in preparation, and then - disappointment.
I decided to panic, of course, and look for any art shows that were happening this year that were still accepting applications. Most shows close applications several months prior to the show itself, so I was really nervous that I wouldn't have an opportunity to show this year. So, imagine my extremely humble and pleasant surprise to find out that not only is there a show this year that was still accepting applications - but that I was accepted!
Drumroll please...
I will be a featured artist at the Turtle Creek Fine Arts Festival in Dallas, TX. And I am so proud and honored to say that.
